Hadith #11959
وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَابْنُ، بَشَّارٍ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ، بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، بِإِسْنَادِهِمُ الْحَدِيثَ بِقِصَّتِهِ . غَيْرَ أَنَّ فِيهِ فَأَسْقَطَتْ فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَضَى فِيهِ بِغُرَّةٍ وَجَعَلَهُ عَلَى أَوْلِيَاءِ الْمَرْأَةِ . وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِي الْحَدِيثِ دِيَةَ الْمَرْأَةِ .
Abu Bakr ibn Abu Shaybah, Muhammad ibn Musanna and Ibn Bashar (may Allah be pleased with him) Mansour (R.A) narrated similar to the hadith mentioned. But he explained a little extra... And she was pregnant. The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) was presented to the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam). He ordered the guardian of the murdered woman to give a slave in it. But he did not mention the word in his hadith. (Islamic Foundation 4249, Islamic Center)
