أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة، ومحمد بن عبد الله بن نمير، وأبو كريب (رضي الله عنهم)... روى أبو زرعة (رضي الله عنه) أنه دخل بيت مروان مع أبي هريرة (رضي الله عنه)، فرأى صورًا كثيرة، فقال: سمعت رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وسلم) يقول: قال الله تعالى: «وَمَنْ أَغْلِمُ مِمَّنْ أَبَدَّ أَنْ يَخْلُقَ أَثْلَ خَلْقِي أَمْ قَطْعَةٍ أَمْ فَيَخْلُقَ حَبَّةً أَمْ فَيَخْلُقَ حَبَّةً أَوْ ...
Abu Bakr ibn Abu Shaybah Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Numayr and Abu Kuraib (may Allah be pleased with them) ..... Narrated Abu Zur'ah (may Allah be pleased with him). He said: I entered the house of (Caliph) Marwan with Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him). There he saw many pictures and said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: Allah the Almighty said: "Who is more unjust than he who wants to create the like of My creation? (If so) let him create a (sentient) drop? Or let him create a grain (with life and taste)? Or let him create a single barley grain? (Islamic Foundation 5362, Islamic Center)
