Hadith #13454
وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ، عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ أَصْدَقُ بَيْتٍ قَالَتْهُ الشُّعَرَاءُ أَلاَ كُلُّ شَىْءٍ مَا خَلاَ اللَّهَ بَاطِلٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
Muhammad ibn al-Musanna (may Allah be pleased with him) Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: The most truthful of what the poets have said is that Allah is the one who is rejected except what they have said.
