(روى لنا قتيبة بن سعيد:) روى لنا جرير عن عبد الملك بن عمير، عن جابر بن سمرة. قال جابر: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «إذا مات فلا كسرى بعده...» روى الراوي الحديث كما رواه أبو هريرة.
(Qutayba ibn Sa'id narrated to us:) Jarir narrated to us from Abdul-Malik ibn Umayr, who narrated from Jabir ibn Samura. Jabir said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When he perishes, there will be no Kisra after him..." The narrator transmitted the hadith exactly as it was narrated by Abu Hurayrah.
