Sunan Abi Dawud — Hadith #19827

Musaddad narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, H, and Ahmad bin Salih narrated to us, - meaning - he said, Sufyan bin Uyaynah narrated to us, on the authority of Amr bin Dinar, he heard Tawoos, saying: I heard Abu Hurairah, narrating on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, who said: “Adam and Moses protested, and Moses said, ‘O Adam, you are our father. You have disappointed us and expelled us from Paradise.’ Adam said, ‘You are Moses, God has chosen you.’” With His words and He wrote the Torah for you with His own hand, you blame me for something that He decreed for me forty years before He created me. Then Adam and Moses performed the Hajj.” He said. Ahmad bin Saleh, on the authority of Amr, on the authority of Tawus, heard Abu Hurairah.
