حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، قَالَ‏:‏ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ الأَعْوَرِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ‏:‏ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَعُودُ الْمَرِيضَ، وَيَشْهَدُ الْجَنَائِزَ، وَيَرْكَبُ الْحِمَارَ، وَيُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ الْعَبْدِ، وَكَانَ يَوْمَ بَنِي قُرَيْظَةَ عَلَى حِمَارٍ مَخْطُومٍ بَحَبْلٍ مِنْ لِيفٍ، وَعَلَيْهِ إِكَافٌ مِنْ لِيفٍ‏.‏
Ali ibn Hajar narrated to us, he said: Ali ibn Mushar narrated to us, on the authority of Muslim Al-A’war, on the authority of Anas ibn Malik, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was The sick person returns, attends funerals, rides the donkey, and responds to the servant’s prayers, and on the day of the Banu Qurayzah he was riding a marooned donkey. With a fiber rope, and over it were a fibre-like kerchief.
