Hadith #48128
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم، قَالَ: لا يَقْسِمُ وَرَثَتِي دِينَارًا وَلا دِرْهَمًا، مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي وَمُؤْنَةِ عَامِلِي فَهُوَ صَدَقَةٌ.
Muhammad bin Bashar told us, he said: Abd al-Rahman bin Mahdi told us, he said: Sufyan told us, on the authority of Abu al-Zinad, on the authority of al-Araj, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: My heirs shall not divide a dinar or a dirham. What I have left after supporting my wives and the food of my workers is charity.
