Sahih Muslim — Hadith #7623

Narrated by Ahmad bin Ibrāhīm ad-Dawraqī: He said: “Abd ur-Rahman bin Mahdī narrated to me, from Hammād bin Zayd, who said: ‘Ayyūb spoke one day about a man and said about him: “He is not truthful in his speech [i.e., he lies],” then he spoke about another and said: “He embellishes in his stories [i.e., he lies].”’”
