Sunan ad-Darimi # 5/1736
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْفُقَيْمِيُّ ، عَنْ مِهْرَانَ أَبِي صَفْوَانَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" مَنْ أَرَادَ الْحَجَّ فَلْيَتَعَجَّلْ "
Abdullah bin Saeed narrated to us, Abu Muawiyah narrated to us, Al-Hasan bin Amr Al-Fuqaimi narrated to us, on the authority of Mihran Abu Safwan, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever wants to perform Hajj, let him hasten.”

أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، عَنْ شَرِيكٍ ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَابِطٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" مَنْ لَمْ يَمْنَعْهُ عَنْ الْحَجِّ حَاجَةٌ ظَاهِرَةٌ، أَوْ سُلْطَانٌ جَائِرٌ، أَوْ مَرَضٌ حَابِسٌ، فَمَاتَ وَلَمْ يَحُجَّ، فَلْيَمُتْ إِنْ شَاءَ يَهُودِيًّا ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ نَصْرَانِيًّا "
Yazid bin Harun informed us, on the authority of Sharik, on the authority of Laith, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin Sabit, on the authority of Abu Umamah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said May God bless him and grant him peace: “Whoever is not prevented from performing Hajj by an apparent need, or by an oppressive ruler, or by a debilitating illness, and he dies and does not perform Hajj, let him die if He wanted A Jew, or a Christian if he wishes.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُجَاهِدُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ زَيْدَ بْنَ أَرْقَمَ ، يَقُولُ :" حَجَّ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعْدَ هِجْرَتِهِ حَجَّةً "
Mujahid bin Musa told us, Yahya bin Adam told us, Zuhayr told us, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, he said: I heard Zayd bin Arqam saying: “Hajj The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, after his Hajj migration.”

قَالَ : وَقَالَ أَبُو إِسْحَاق :" حَجَّ قَبْلَ هِجْرَتِهِ حَجَّةً "
He said: Abu Ishaq said: “He performed Hajj before his migration for Hajj.”

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، قَالَ : قُلْتُ لِأَنَسٍ : كَمْ حَجَّ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟ قَالَ :" حَجَّةً وَاحِدَةً، وَاعْتَمَرَ أَرْبَعًا : عُمْرَتُهُ الْأُولَى الَّتِي صَدَّهُ الْمُشْرِكُونَ عَنْ الْبَيْتِ ، وَعُمْرَتُهُ الثَّانِيَةُ حِينَ صَالَحُوهُ فَرَجَعَ مِنْ الْعَامِ الْمُقْبِلِ، وَعُمْرَتُهُ مِنْ الْجِعْرَانَةِ حِينَ قَسَّمَ غَنِيمَةَ حُنَيْنٍ فِي ذِي الْقَعْدَةِ، وَعُمْرَتُهُ مَعَ حَجَّتِهِ "
Abu Al-Walid Al-Tayalisi told us, Hammam told us, Qatada told us, he said: I said to Anas: How long did the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, perform Hajj? He said: “One Hajj, and he performed four Umrah: his first Umrah when the polytheists kept him away from the House, and his second Umrah when They reconciled with him, so he returned the following year, and I performed his ‘Umrah from al-Ji’ranah when he divided the spoils of Hunayn in Dhul-Qi’dah, and I performed his ‘Umrah with his Hajj.”

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سِنَانٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمْ الْحَجُّ ".
فَقِيلَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فِي كُلِّ عَامٍ؟ قَالَ : " لَا، وَلَوْ قُلْتُهَا لَوَجَبَتْ، الْحَجُّ مَرَّةٌ فَمَا زَادَ فَهُوَ تَطَوُّعٌ ".
أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ، عَنْ شَرِيكٍ ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، نَحْوَهُ
فَقِيلَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فِي كُلِّ عَامٍ؟ قَالَ : " لَا، وَلَوْ قُلْتُهَا لَوَجَبَتْ، الْحَجُّ مَرَّةٌ فَمَا زَادَ فَهُوَ تَطَوُّعٌ ".
أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ، عَنْ شَرِيكٍ ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، نَحْوَهُ
Muhammad bin Kathir narrated to us, Sulayman bin Kathir narrated to us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Sinan, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said Peace and blessings of God be upon him: “The Hajj is prescribed for you.” It was said: O Messenger of God, every year? He said: “No, and if I had said it, it would have become obligatory. Hajj is once, and no more.” It is voluntary.” Ubayd Allah ibn Musa told us, on the authority of Sharik, on the authority of Simmak, on the authority of Ikrimah, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, and the like.

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يُونُسَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ :" وَقَّتَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِأَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ ذَا الْحُلَيْفَةِ ، وَلِأَهْلِ الشَّامِ الْجُحْفَةَ ، وَلِأَهْلِ نَجْدٍ قَرْنًا ".
قَالَ : قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ : أَمَّا هَذِهِ الثَّلَاثُ فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُهُنَّ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَبَلَغَنِي أَنَّهُ وَقَّتَ لِأَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ يَلَمْلَمَ .
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، مِثْلَهُ
قَالَ : قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ : أَمَّا هَذِهِ الثَّلَاثُ فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُهُنَّ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَبَلَغَنِي أَنَّهُ وَقَّتَ لِأَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ يَلَمْلَمَ .
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، مِثْلَهُ

حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" وَقَّتَ لِأَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ ذَا الْحُلَيْفَةِ ، وَلِأَهْلِ الشَّامِ الْجُحْفَةَ ، وَلِأَهْلِ نَجْدٍ قَرْنَ الْمَنَازِلِ ، وَلِأَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ يَلَمْلَمَ ، هُنَّ لِأَهْلِهِنَّ، وَلِكُلِّ آتٍ أَتَى عَلَيْهِنَّ مِنْ غَيْرِهِنَّ مِمَّنْ أَرَادَ الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ، وَمَنْ كَانَ دُونَ ذَلِكَ فَمِنْ حَيْثُ أَنْشَأَ، حَتَّى أَهْلُ مَكَّةَ مِنْ مَكَّةَ "

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حُنَيْنٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : امْتَرَى الْمِسْوَرُ بْنُ مَخْرَمَةَ، وَابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فِي غَسْلِ الْمُحْرِمِ رَأْسَهُ، فَأَرْسَلُونِي إِلَى أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْأَنْصَارِيّ : كَيْفَ رَأَيْتَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَغْسِلُ رَأْسَهُ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ؟ فَأَتَيْتُ أَبَا أَيُّوبَ وَهُوَ بَيْنَ قَرْنَيْ الْبِئْرِ وَقَدْ سُتِرَ عَلَيْهِ بِثَوْبٍ، فَسَلَّمْتُ عَلَيْهِ فَضَمَّ الثَّوْبَ إِلَيْهِ، فَقُلْتُ : أَرْسَلَنِي إِلَيْكَ ابْنُ أَخِيكَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ : كَيْفَ رَأَيْتَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَغْسِلُ رَأْسَهُ؟" فَأَمَرَّ يَدَيْهِ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ مُقْبِلًا وَمُدْبِرًا "
Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, Ibn Uyaynah told us, on the authority of Zayd bin Aslam, on the authority of Ibrahim bin Abdullah bin Hunayn, on the authority of his father, he said Al-Miswar bin Makhramah and Ibn Abbas were interested in the Muhrim washing his head, so they sent me to Abu Ayyub Al-Ansari: How did you see the Messenger of God? Does God, may God bless him and grant him peace, wash his head while he is in ihram? So I came to Abu Ayyub while he was between the horns of the well, and he had covered himself with a garment, so I greeted him and he hugged the garment to him, and I said: Ibn Your brother Ibn Abbas: How did you see the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace? He, peace and blessings be upon him, wash his head? So he passed his hands over his head, facing forward and backward.

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي زِيَادٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْمَدَنِيُّ ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" تَجَرَّدَ لِلْإِهْلَالِ وَاغْتَسَلَ "
Abdullah bin Abi Ziyad told us, Abdullah bin Yaqoub Al-Madani told us, on the authority of Ibn Abi Al-Zinad, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Kharijah bin Zaid bin Thabit, on the authority of his father, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, “undressed for the crescent moon and took a bath.”

أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ سُمَيٍّ ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ :" حَجَّةٌ مَبْرُورَةٌ لَيْسَ لَهَا ثَوَابٌ إِلَّا الْجَنَّةُ، وَعُمْرَتَانِ تُكَفِّرَانِ مَا بَيْنَهُمَا مِنْ الذُّنُوبِ "
Ubayd Allah ibn Musa told us, on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Sumayyah, on the authority of Abu Salih, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “An accepted Hajj has no reward except Paradise, and two Umrahs expiate the sins between them.”

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنِي مَنْصُورٌ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا حَازِمٍ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ :" مَنْ حَجَّ الْبَيْتَ فَلَمْ يَرْفُثْ وَلَمْ يَفْسُقْ، رَجَعَ كَمَا وَلَدَتْهُ أُمُّهُ "
Abu Al-Walid Al-Tayalisi told us, Shu’bah told us, Mansour told me, he said: I heard Abu Hazim talking, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever makes the Hajj to the House and does not commit obscenity or immorality, he will return as his mother gave birth to him.”

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل بْنِ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ ، عَنْ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَرْبُوعٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، قَالَ : سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : أَيُّ الْحَجِّ أَفْضَلُ؟ قَالَ :" الْعَجُّ وَالثَّجُّ ".
الْعَجُّ يَعْنِي : التَّلْبِيَةَ، وَالثَّجُّ يَعْنِي : إِهْرَاقَ الدَّمِ
الْعَجُّ يَعْنِي : التَّلْبِيَةَ، وَالثَّجُّ يَعْنِي : إِهْرَاقَ الدَّمِ
Muhammad bin Al-Ala’ narrated to us, Muhammad bin Ismail bin Abi Fudaik narrated to us, on the authority of Al-Dahhak bin Uthman, on the authority of Muhammad bin Al-Munkadir, on the authority of Abdul Rahman bin Yarubu’, on the authority of Abu Bakr, who said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was asked: Which Hajj is best? He said: “Al-Ajj.” And Al-Thajj. Al-Ajj means: Talbiyah, and Al-Thajj means: shedding of blood.

أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى هُوَ ابْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : مَا نَلْبَسُ مِنْ الثِّيَابِ إِذَا أَحْرَمْنَا؟ قَالَ :" لَا تَلْبَسُوا الْقُمُصَ، وَلَا السَّرَاوِيلَاتِ، وَلَا الْعَمَائِمَ، وَلَا الْبَرَانِسَ، وَلَا الْخِفَافَ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ أَحَدٌ لَيْسَتْ لَهُ نَعْلَانِ، فَلْيَلْبَسْ الْخُفَّيْنِ وَلْيَجْعَلْهُمَا أَسْفَلَ مِنْ الْكَعْبَيْنِ، وَلَا تَلْبَسُوا مِنْ الثِّيَابِ شَيْئًا مَسَّهُ وَرْسٌ وَلَا زَعْفَرَانٌ "

He said: “Do not wear shirts, trousers, turbans, or A hoodie, or slippers, unless someone has no sandals, in which case he should wear socks and let them be lower than the ankles. “Wear any clothing that has been touched by rice or saffron.”

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ ، أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ :" مَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ إِزَارًا، فَلْيَلْبَسْ سَرَاوِيلَ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ نَعْلَيْنِ، فَلْيَلْبَسْ خُفَّيْنِ ".
قَالَ : قُلْتُ أَوْ قِيلَ : أَيَقْطَعُهُمَا؟ قَالَ : " لَا "
قَالَ : قُلْتُ أَوْ قِيلَ : أَيَقْطَعُهُمَا؟ قَالَ : " لَا "
Abu Asim informed us, on the authority of Ibn Jurayj, on the authority of Amr ibn Dinar, on the authority of Abu al-Sha’atha’, Ibn Abbas informed me that he heard the Prophet pray God, upon him be peace, said: “Whoever cannot find a garment, let him wear trousers, and whoever cannot find sandals, let him wear socks.” He said: I said or it was said: Should he cut them off? He said: “No.”

أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَمَّا يَلْبَسُ الْمُحْرِمُ، قَالَ :" لَا يَلْبَسُ الْقُمُصَ، وَلَا الْعَمَائِمَ، وَلَا السَّرَاوِيلَاتِ، وَلَا الْبَرَانِسَ، وَلَا الْخِفَافَ، إِلَّا أَنْ لَا يَجِدَ نَعْلَيْنِ، فَلْيَلْبَسَ خُفَّيْنِ وَيَقْطَعَهُمَا أَسْفَلَ مِنْ الْكَعْبَيْنِ "
Khalid bin Mukhlid told us, Malik told us, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Umar, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was asked about what he should wear. Muhrim, he said: “He does not wear shirts, turbans, trousers, robes, or sandals, unless he does not find two sandals. Let him wear socks and cut them below the ankles.”

أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ : "كُنْتُ أُطَيِّبُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُحْرِمَ بِأَطْيَبِ الطِّيبِ "، قَالَ : وَكَانَ عُرْوَةُ يَقُولُ لَنَا : " تَطَيَّبُوا قَبْلَ أَنْ تُحْرِمُوا وَقَبْلَ أَنْ تُفِيضُوا يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ "

أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا لَبَّى، قَالَ :" لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ، لَبَّيْكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ لَبَّيْكَ، إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ وَالنِّعْمَةَ لَكَ وَالْمُلْكَ، لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ "

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِلَالُ بْنُ خَبَّابٍ ، قَالَ : فَحَدَّثْتُ عِكْرِمَةَ فَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ : أَنَّ ضُبَاعَةَ بِنْتَ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ ، أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَتْ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنِّي أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَحُجَّ، فَكَيْفَ أَقُولُ؟ قَالَ : " قُولِي :لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ، وَمَحِلِّي حَيْثُ تَحْبِسُنِي، فَإِنَّ لَكِ عَلَى رَبِّكِ مَا اسْتَثْنَيْتِ "

أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو هِلَالٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ عِمْرَانُ بْنُ حُصَيْنٍ : إِنِّي مُحَدِّثُكَ بِحَدِيثٍ لَعَلَّ اللَّهَ أَنْ يَنْفَعَكَ بِهِ بَعْدُ، إِنَّهُ كَانَ يُسَلَّمُ عَلَيَّ وَإِنَّ ابْنَ زِيَادٍ أَمَرَنِي فَاكْتَوَيْتُ، فَاحْتُبِسَ عَنِّي حَتَّى ذَهَبَ أَثَرُ الْمَكَاوِي، وَاعْلَمْ أَنَّ" الْمُتْعَةَ حَلَالٌ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ، لَمْ يَنْهَ عَنْهَا نَبِيٌّ، وَلَمْ يَنْزِلْ فِيهَا كِتَابٌ "، قَالَ رَجُلٌ بِرَأْيِهِ مَا بَدَا لَهُ

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَامَ حَجَّ مُعَاوِيَةُ يَسْأَلُ سَعْدَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ :" كَيْفَ تَقُولُ بِالتَّمَتُّعِ بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَجِّ؟ قَالَ : حَسَنَةٌ جَمِيلَةٌ ".
فَقَالَ : قَدْ كَانَ عُمَرُ يَنْهَى عَنْهَا، فَأَنْتَ خَيْرٌ مِنْ عُمَرَ؟ قَالَ : عُمَرُ خَيْرٌ مِنِّي، وَقَدْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ مِنْ عُمَرَ
فَقَالَ : قَدْ كَانَ عُمَرُ يَنْهَى عَنْهَا، فَأَنْتَ خَيْرٌ مِنْ عُمَرَ؟ قَالَ : عُمَرُ خَيْرٌ مِنِّي، وَقَدْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ مِنْ عُمَرَ

حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ طَارِقٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، قَالَ : أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ حَجَّ وَهُوَ مُنِيخٌ بِالْبَطْحَاءِ ، فَقَالَ لِي : " أَحَجَجْتَ؟ " قُلْتُ : نَعَمْ.
قَالَ : " كَيْفَ أَهْلَلْتَ؟ ".
قَالَ : قُلْتُ : لَبَّيْكَ بِإِهْلَالٍ كَإِهْلَالِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
قَالَ : " أَحْسَنْتَ،اذْهَبْ فَطُفْ بِالْبَيْتِ ، وَبِالصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ ، ثُمَّ حِلَّ ".
قَالَ : فَطُفْتُ بِالْبَيْتِ ، وَبِالصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ ، ثُمَّ أَتَيْتُ امْرَأَةً مِنْ نِسَاءِ بَنِي قَيْسٍ فَجَعَلَتْ تَفْلِي رَأْسِي، فَجَعَلْتُ أُفْتِي النَّاسَ بِذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ لِي رَجُلٌ : يَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ قَيْسٍ، رُوَيْدًا بَعْضَ فُتْيَاكَ، فَإِنَّكَ لَا تَدْرِي مَا أَحْدَثَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِي النُّسُكِ بَعْدَكَ.
فَقُلْتُ : يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ، مَنْ كُنَّا أَفْتَيْنَاهُ فُتْيَا، فَلْيَتَّئِدْ، فَإِنَّ أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ قَادِمٌ عَلَيْكُمْ فَبِهِ فَأْتَمُّوا.
فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ أَتَيْتُهُ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ، فَقَالَ : إِنْ نَأْخُذْ بِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ، فَإِنَّ كِتَابَ اللَّهِ يَأْمُرُ بِالتَّمَامِ، وَإِنْ نَأْخُذْ بِسُنَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمْ يَحِلَّ حَتَّى بَلَغَ الْهَدْيُ مَحِلَّهُ
قَالَ : " كَيْفَ أَهْلَلْتَ؟ ".
قَالَ : قُلْتُ : لَبَّيْكَ بِإِهْلَالٍ كَإِهْلَالِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
قَالَ : " أَحْسَنْتَ،اذْهَبْ فَطُفْ بِالْبَيْتِ ، وَبِالصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ ، ثُمَّ حِلَّ ".
قَالَ : فَطُفْتُ بِالْبَيْتِ ، وَبِالصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ ، ثُمَّ أَتَيْتُ امْرَأَةً مِنْ نِسَاءِ بَنِي قَيْسٍ فَجَعَلَتْ تَفْلِي رَأْسِي، فَجَعَلْتُ أُفْتِي النَّاسَ بِذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ لِي رَجُلٌ : يَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ قَيْسٍ، رُوَيْدًا بَعْضَ فُتْيَاكَ، فَإِنَّكَ لَا تَدْرِي مَا أَحْدَثَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِي النُّسُكِ بَعْدَكَ.
فَقُلْتُ : يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ، مَنْ كُنَّا أَفْتَيْنَاهُ فُتْيَا، فَلْيَتَّئِدْ، فَإِنَّ أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ قَادِمٌ عَلَيْكُمْ فَبِهِ فَأْتَمُّوا.
فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ أَتَيْتُهُ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ، فَقَالَ : إِنْ نَأْخُذْ بِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ، فَإِنَّ كِتَابَ اللَّهِ يَأْمُرُ بِالتَّمَامِ، وَإِنْ نَأْخُذْ بِسُنَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمْ يَحِلَّ حَتَّى بَلَغَ الْهَدْيُ مَحِلَّهُ
Sahl bin Hammad narrated to us, Shu’bah narrated to us, Qais bin Muslim narrated to us, on the authority of Tariq, on the authority of Abu Musa, he said: I came to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. When he performed Hajj while he was wearing a bathtub, he said to me: “Did you perform Hajj?” I said: Yes. He said: “How did you perform halalah?” He said: I said: At your service With a crescent like the crescent of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. He said: “You have done well. Go and circumambulate the Ka’bah, and Safa and Marwah, then he came back.” He said: So I walked around the House, and around Safa and Marwah, then I came to a woman from the women of Banu Qays and she began to bow my head, so I began to give fatwas to the people. With that, a man said to me: O Abdullah bin Qais, take some of your youth, for you do not know what the Commander of the Faithful did regarding rituals after you. So I said: O people, whoever we have given a fatwa to, let him be patient, for the Commander of the Faithful is coming to you, so follow him. When I went to him and mentioned that to him, so he said: If we follow the Book of God, for the Book of God commands completion, and if we follow the Sunnah of the Messenger of God May God’s prayers and peace be upon him, for the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, did not come to him until the sacrificial animal reached its place.

أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ :" خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ فِي قَتْلِ مَنْ قُتِلَ مِنْهُنَّ : الْغُرَابُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ "

قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ : الْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ، وَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ : الْأَسْوَدُ.

حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ نُبَيْهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ : أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ خَطَبَ إِلَى أَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ وَهُوَ أَمِيرُ الْمَوْسِمِ ، فَقَالَ أَبَانُ : لَا أُرَاهُ إِلا عِرَاقِيًّا جَافِيًا، " إِنَّالْمُحْرِمَ لَا يَنْكِحُ وَلَا يُنْكِحُ ".
أَخْبَرَنَا بِذَلِكَ عُثْمَانُ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
سُئِلَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : تَقُولُ بِهَذَا؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ
أَخْبَرَنَا بِذَلِكَ عُثْمَانُ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
سُئِلَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : تَقُولُ بِهَذَا؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ

أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتَوَائِيُّ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ ، قَالَ : انْطَلَقَ أَبِي مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَامَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ، فَأَحْرَمَ أَصْحَابُهُ وَلَمْ يُحْرِمْ أَبُو قَتَادَةَ، فَأَصَابَ حِمَارَ وَحْشٍ، فَطَعَنَهُ وَأَكَلَ مِنْ لَحْمِهِ، فَقُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنِّي أَصَبْتُ حِمَارَ وَحْشٍ، فَطَعَنْتُهُ، فَقَالَ لِلْقَوْمِ :" كُلُوا " وَهُمْ مُحْرِمُونَ

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : كُنَّا مَعَ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ فِي سَفَرٍ، فَأُهْدِيَ لَهُ طَيْرٌ وَهُمْ مُحْرِمُونَ، وَهُوَ رَاقِدٌ، فَمِنَّا مَنْ أَكَلَ، وَمِنَّا مَنْ تَوَرَّعَ، فَاسْتَيْقَظَ طَلْحَةُ فَأَخْبَرُوهُ، فَوَفَّقَ مَنْ أَكَلَهُ، وَقَالَ : " أَكَلْنَاهُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ "

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الرَّقَاشِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنْ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ رَدِيفَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ، جَاءَتْ امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ خَثْعَمَ، فَقَالَتْ : إِنَّ فَرِيضَةَ اللَّهِ فِي الْحَجِّ عَلَى عِبَادِهِأَدْرَكَتْ أَبِي شَيْخًا كَبِيرًا لَا يَسْتَمْسِكُ عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ، وَلَمْ يَحُجَّ، أَفَأَحُجُّ عَنْهُ، قَالَ : " نَعَمْ ".
سُئِلَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : تَقُولُ بِهَذَا؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ
سُئِلَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : تَقُولُ بِهَذَا؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً مِنْ خَثْعَمَ اسْتَفْتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ، وَالْفَضْلُ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ رَدِيفُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَتْ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّ فَرِيضَةَ اللَّهِ عَلَى عِبَادِهِ أَدْرَكَتْ أَبِي شَيْخًا كَبِيرًا، لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ يَسْتَوِيَ عَلَى الرَّاحِلَةِ،فَهَلْ يَقْضِي أَنْ أَحُجَّ عَنْهُ؟ قَالَ : " نَعَمْ ".

Muhammad bin Yusuf narrated to us, Al-Awza’i narrated to us, Al-Zuhri narrated to me, on the authority of Sulayman bin Yasar, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, that a woman from Khath’am She consulted the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, regarding the Farewell Pilgrimage, and Al-Fadl bin Abbas was the companion of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. And he greeted her, and she said: O Messenger of God, God’s obligation upon His servants has caused my father to become very old and unable to stand upright with the departed woman. Does he require that I perform Hajj on his behalf? He said: “Yes.” Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, Ibn Uyaynah told us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Sulayman bin Left, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, similar to the hadith of Al-Awza’i

Sunan ad-Darimi # 5/1784
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي الْفَضْلُ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ أَوْ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّ أَبِي أَوْ أُمِّي عَجُوزٌ كَبِيرٌ، إِنْ أَنَا حَمَلْتُهَا لَمْ تَسْتَمْسِكْ، وَإِنْ رَبَطْتُهَا، خَشِيتُ أَنْ أَقْتُلَهَا.
قَالَ : " أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ كَانَ عَلَى أَبِيكَ أَوْ أُمِّكَ دَيْنٌ، أَكُنْتَ تَقْضِيهِ؟ ".
قَالَ : نَعَمْ، قَالَ :" فَحُجَّ عَنْ أَبِيكَ، أَوْ أُمِّكَ "
قَالَ : " أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ كَانَ عَلَى أَبِيكَ أَوْ أُمِّكَ دَيْنٌ، أَكُنْتَ تَقْضِيهِ؟ ".
قَالَ : نَعَمْ، قَالَ :" فَحُجَّ عَنْ أَبِيكَ، أَوْ أُمِّكَ "
Musaddad told us, Hammad bin Zaid told us, on the authority of Yahya bin Abi Ishaq, on the authority of Sulayman bin Yasar, Al-Fadl bin Abbas or Ubayd Allah ibn al-Abbas, that a man said: O Messenger of God, my father or mother is old and old. If I carry her, she will not hold on, even if I tied her up, I was afraid I would kill her. He said: “What do you think, if your father or mother owed a debt, would you pay it off?” He said: Yes, he said: “Perform Hajj on behalf of your father or your mother.”

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ مَوْلًى لِآلِ الْزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، قَالَ : جَاءَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ خَثْعَمَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ : إِنَّأَبِي أَدْرَكَهُ الْإِسْلَامُ وَهُوَ شَيْخٌ كَبِيرٌ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ رُكُوبَ الرَّحْلِ، وَالْحَجُّ مَكْتُوبٌ عَلَيْهِ، أَفَأَحُجُّ عَنْهُ؟ قَالَ : " أَنْتَ أَكْبَرُ وَلَدِهِ؟ ".
قَالَ : نَعَمْ.
قَالَ : " أَرَأَيْتَ لَوْ كَانَ عَلَى أَبِيكَ دَيْنٌ فَقَضَيْتَهُ عَنْهُ، أَكَانَ ذَلِكَ يُجْزِئُ عَنْهُ؟ ".
قَالَ : نَعَمْ.
قَالَ : " فَاحْجُجْ عَنْهُ "
قَالَ : نَعَمْ.
قَالَ : " أَرَأَيْتَ لَوْ كَانَ عَلَى أَبِيكَ دَيْنٌ فَقَضَيْتَهُ عَنْهُ، أَكَانَ ذَلِكَ يُجْزِئُ عَنْهُ؟ ".
قَالَ : نَعَمْ.
قَالَ : " فَاحْجُجْ عَنْهُ "
Muhammad bin Humaid told us, Jarir told us, on the authority of Mansour, on the authority of Mujahid, on the authority of Yusuf bin Al-Zubayr, a client of the family of Al-Zubayr, on the authority of Abdullah Ibn Al-Zubayr, he said: A man from Khath’am came to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said: My father embraced Islam when he was old. He is old and unable to ride, and Hajj is prescribed for him. Should I perform Hajj on his behalf? He said: “Are you his eldest son?” He said: Yes. He said: “Do you think that if your father had a debt and you paid it off, would that be enough for him?” He said: Yes. He said: “Then perform Hajj on his behalf.”
