Hadith #17517
حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ بِمَعْنَاهُ . زَادَ الزُّهْرِيُّ وَإِنَّمَا كَانَ هَذَا رُخْصَةً لَهُ خَاصَّةً فَلَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلاً فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ بُدٌّ مِنَ التَّكْفِيرِ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ رَوَاهُ اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ وَالأَوْزَاعِيُّ وَمَنْصُورُ بْنُ الْمُعْتَمِرِ وَعِرَاكُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ عَلَى مَعْنَى ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ . زَادَ الأَوْزَاعِيُّ وَاسْتَغْفِرِ اللَّهَ .
Cette tradition a aussi été transmise par al-Zuhri par une autre chaîne de rapporteurs avec le même sens. Al-Zuhri a ajouté dans sa version : « C’était une permission spéciale pour lui. Si un homme commet cet acte aujourd’hui, l’expiation est obligatoire pour lui. » Abu Dawud a dit : Al-Laith b. Sa’d, al-Awza’i, Mansur b. al-Mu’tamir et 'Irak b. Malik ont rapporté cette tradition comme celle rapportée par Ibn 'Uyainah. Al-Awza’i a rapporté dans sa version les mots : « Demande pardon à Allah. »
