(روى لنا عمرون النكيد:) روى لنا عبد سليمان: قال عمرو: وروى لنا يحيى بن يمان عن هشام عروة، عن أبيه، عن عائشة (قالت): كنا نحن آل محمد (صلى الله عليه وسلم) نمضي أحيانًا شهرًا كاملًا دون أن نشعل نارًا، وكان رزقنا التمر والماء.
(Amru'n-Nâkid narrated to us:) Abde Sulayman narrated to us: Amr said: Yahya b. Yeman also narrated to us from Hisham Urwa, from his father, from Aisha (who said): We, the family of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), would sometimes go for a month without lighting a fire. Our sustenance was only dried dates and water.
