Hadith #24293
قَالَ الْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسِيَّبِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ‏.‏‏ وَرَوَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ لَبِيبَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ فَقَالَ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ‏.‏‏
Al-Harith bin Miskin said: It was read to him while I was listening, on the authority of Ibn al-Qasim. Malik said: It was narrated to me by Malik, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, on the authority of Sa’id bin Al-Musayyab, that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, forbade muhaqilah and muzabanah. It was narrated by Muhammad bin Abdul-Rahman bin Labiba on the authority of Saeed Ibn Al-Musayyab, and he said on the authority of Saad Ibn Abi Waqqas.
