حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كُفِّنَ فِي ثَلاَثَةِ أَثْوَابٍ بِيضٍ سَحُولِيَّةٍ لَيْسَ فِيهَا قَمِيصٌ وَلاَ عِمَامَةٌ .
Yahya told me, on the authority of Malik, on the authority of Hisham ibn Urwa, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Aisha, the wife of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was shrouded in Three white robes with no shirt or turban.
