وَعَنِ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا, عَنِ اَلنَّبِيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم --فِي اَلَّذِي يَأْتِي اِمْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ- قَالَ: { يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ, أَوْ نِصْفِ دِينَارٍ } رَوَاهُ اَلْخَمْسَةُ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اَلْحَاكِمُ وَابْنُ اَلْقَطَّانِ, وَرَجَّحَ غَيْرَهُمَا وَقْفَه ُ 1 .1 - صحيح مرفوعا. باللفظ الذي ذكره الحافظ فقط. رواه أبو داود (264)، والنسائي (153)، والترمذي (136)، وابن ماجه (640)، وأحمد (172)، والحاكم (172).
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, on the authority of the Prophet - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - regarding the one who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating - he said: {He gives in charity a dinar, Or half a dinar} Narrated by the five, authenticated by Al-Hakim and Ibn Al-Qattan, and others considered it preferable to stop it. Al-Hafiz only. Narrated by Abu Dawud (264), Al-Nasa’i (153), Al-Tirmidhi (136), Ibn Majah (640), Ahmad (172), and Al-Hakim (172).
