Hadith #36784
قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: بعد هذا الإعلان، لا يقبل أحدٌ ديةً عن القتل، ولا يطالب بالقصاص. [1278]
He said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: After this announcement of mine, no one will accept financial compensation (dyat) for murder, nor will he demand the death penalty (qisas). [1278]
