Hadith #37770
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-صَلَّى يَوْمَ اَلْعِيدِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ, لَمْ يُصَلِّ قَبْلَهَا وَلَا بَعْدَهَا } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلسَّبْعَةُ 1‏ .‏‏1 ‏- صحيح.‏ رواه البخاري (964)‏ وفي غير موضع، ومسلم (2/606/رقم 884)‏، وأبو داود (1159)‏، والنسائي (3/193)‏، والترمذي (537)‏، وابن ماجه (1291)‏، وأحمد (1/340/ رقم 3153)‏.‏
The Prophet (ﷺ) offered two Rak'at on the day of 'Eid, and did not pray before or after them. .
