حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَ‏:‏ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ نَافِعٍ الْمَكِّيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ، قَالَتْ‏:‏ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ذَا ضَفَائِرَ أَرْبَعٍ‏.‏
Muhammad ibn Bashar told us, saying: Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi told us, on the authority of Ibrahim ibn Nafi al-Makki, on the authority of Ibn Abi Najih, on the authority of Mujahid, on the authority of Umm Hani, who said: I saw the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, with four braids.
