Ash-Shama'il Al-Muhammadiyah — Hadith #47995

Qutayba bin Saeed narrated to us, on the authority of Malik bin Anas (h), and Ishaq bin Musa Al-Ansari narrated to us, saying: Ma’an narrated to us, on the authority of Malik, On the authority of Makhramah bin Sulaiman, on the authority of Kurayb, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, that he told him that he spent the night with Maimuna, who was his paternal aunt. He said: So I lay down In The width of the pillow, and the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, lay down along its length, and the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, slept, until midnight, or a little before it, or A little while later, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, woke up and began wiping the sleep from his face, then recited the ten verses. The last verses from Surat Al Imran, then he got up to a hanging ashlar and performed ablution from it, so he performed the ablution well, then he stood up to pray, Abdullah bin Abbas: So I stood beside him, and the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, placed his right hand on my head, then he took my right ear, twisted it, and prayed. Two rak'ahs, then two rak'ahs, then two rak'ahs, then two rak'ahs, then two rak'ahs, then two rak'ahs. Ma'an said: Six times, then Witr, then He lay down until the muezzin came to him, so he got up and prayed two light rak'ahs, then he went out and prayed the morning prayer.
