حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ‏:‏ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم، دَعَا حَجَّامًا فَحَجَمَهُ وَسَأَلَهُ‏:‏ كَمْ خَرَاجُكَ‏؟‏ فَقَالَ‏:‏ ثَلاثَةُ آصُعٍ، فَوَضَعَ عَنْهُ صَاعًا وَأَعْطَاهُ أَجْرَهُ‏.‏
Harun bin Ishaq narrated to us, he said: Abdah narrated to us, on the authority of Ibn Abi Laila, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Umar, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, called a cupper So he measured it and asked him: How much is your tax? He said: Three saa’s, so he took one saa’ on his behalf and gave him his reward.
