حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَا بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: مَكَثَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمَكَّةَ ثَلاثَ عَشْرَةَ سَنَةً يُوحَى إِلَيْهِ، وَ بِالْمَدِينَةِ عَشْرًا، وَتُوُفِّيَ وَهُوَ ابْنُ ثَلاثٍ وَسِتِّينَ.
Ahmad bin Mani’ told us, he said: Ruh bin Ubadah told us, he said: Zakaria bin Ishaq told us, he said: Amr bin Dinar told us, On the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, stayed in Mecca for thirteen years after receiving revelation, and in Medina for ten, and he died when he was three years old.
