Hadith #52436
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهَا { فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: ﴿ لَا يُؤَاخِذُكُمُ اَللَّهُ بِاللَّغْوِ فِي أَيْمَانِكُمْ ﴾ 1
قَالَتْ: هُوَ قَوْلُ اَلرَّجُلِ: لَا وَاَللَّهِ. بَلَى وَاَللَّهِ } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلْبُخَارِيُّ 2 . وَأَوْرَدَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ مَرْفُوعاً 3 .1 - صحيح. رواه البخاري ( 6920 ).
2 - صحيح. رواه البخاري ( 6663 ).3 - رواه أبو داود ( 3254 ) وأشار أبو داود إلى وقفه، وهو الذي صححه الدارقطني.
On the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, regarding the Almighty’s statement: “God will not hold you accountable for unintentional oaths” (1), she said: “It is when a man says: ‘No, by God!’ or ‘Yes, by God!’” [Reported by Al-Bukhari 2 and Abu Dawud, who included it as a hadith traced back to the Prophet (3).] 1 - Authentic. Narrated by Al-Bukhari (6920).
2 - Authentic. Narrated by Al-Bukhari (6663).
3 - Narrated by Abu Dawud (3254). Abu Dawud indicated that it was a statement of a Companion, and this is what Al-Daraqutni authenticated.
