Hadith #52901
وَعَنْهُ; { أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ اَلْوَلَاءِ, وَعَنْ هِبَتِهِ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 1‏ .‏‏1 ‏- صحيح.‏ رواه البخاري ( 6756 )‏، ومسلم ( 1506 )‏.‏
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade selling or giving away the right of inheritance from a freed slave. [Agreed upon].
