Hadith #52953
وَعَنِ اِبْنِ عُمَرَ ‏-رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا‏- قَالَ: { نَهَى رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-عَنْ بَيْعِ اَلثِّمَارِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا, نَهَى اَلْبَائِعَ وَالْمُبْتَاعَ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 1‏ .‏‏1 ‏- صحيح.‏ رواه البخاري ( 2194 )‏، ومسلم ( 3 / 1165 / رقم 1534 )‏.‏
Under the authority of Ibn 'Umar, Allah may be pleased with both of them - He said: {A Messenger of Allah - may Allah bless him and give him peace - forbidden the sale of fruits until their good is revealed. He forbids the seller and the purchaser. Narrated by Al-Bukhari (2194) and Muslim (3/1165/No 1534).
