Hadith #53023
وَعَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ ‏- رضى الله عنه ‏- قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-{ مَنْ أَحَاطَ حَائِطًا عَلَى أَرْضٍ فَهِيَ لَهُ } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ اَلْجَارُودِ 1‏ .‏‏1 ‏- حديث صحيح.‏ بما له من شواهد كما تقد م رقم ( 897 و 898 )‏، وإن رواه أبو داود ( 3077 )‏، وابن الجارود ( 1015 )‏ بسند ضعيف.‏
According to Samurah ibn Jundub, Allah may be pleased with him: The Messenger of Allah and His peace and blessings of Allah says: "Whoever encircles a wall on a land, it is his." Narrated by Abu Dawood, and it is authenticated by Ibn al-Zarud 1.1 - an authentic hadith, which contains evidence, mentioned above (897 and 898), although it is described by Abu Dawood (3077) and Ibn al-Zarud (1051) with weak transfer.
