Hadith #53036
وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ ‏- رضى الله عنه ‏- قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-{ اَلْعُمْرَى لِمَنْ وُهِبَتْ لَهُ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْه ِ 1‏ .‏‏1 ‏- صحيح .‏ رواه البخاري ( 2625 )‏ ، ومسلم ( 1625 )‏ ( 25 )‏ ، والسياق لمسلم ، وأما البخاري فعن جابر قال : قضى النبي ‏-صلى الله عليه وسلم‏- بالعمرى أنها لمن وهبت له.‏
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Agree. 1.1 - Sahih. Narrated by Al-Bukhari (2625) and Muslim (1625) (25), and the context is by the Muslim, and under the authority of Al-Bukhari, Jabir, he says: The Prophet - the prayer and peace of Allah - He has ruled that Al-Amri will be the one whom it was given.
