حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي وَوَكِيعٌ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ شَقِيقٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ وَكِيعٌ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَقَالَ ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ ‏ "‏ مَنْ مَاتَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ النَّارَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ وَقُلْتُ أَنَا وَمَنْ مَاتَ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ ‏.‏
Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Numayr narrated to us, saying: My father and Waki’ narrated to us, on the authority of al-A’mash, on the authority of Shaqiq, on the authority of Abdullah. Waki’ said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, and Ibn Numayr said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: “Whoever dies associating anything with Allah will enter Hellfire.” And I said: And whoever dies not associating anything with Allah will enter Paradise.
