Sahih Muslim — Hadith #8416

Abu al-Tahir and Ali ibn Khashram told me, saying: Ibn Wahb informed us, on the authority of Makhrama ibn Bukayr. And Harun ibn Sa'id al-Ayli and Ahmad ibn Isa told us, saying: Ibn Wahb told us, saying: Makhrama informed us, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Abu Burda ibn Abi Musa al-Ash'ari, who said: Abdullah ibn Umar said to me: Did you hear your father narrate on the authority of the Messenger of God? Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, said regarding the hour of Friday: I said, “Yes, I heard him say, ‘I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, say: It is the time between when the Imam sits down and when the prayer is finished.’”
