Sunan ad-Darimi # 21/2760
أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَنْبَأَنَا عَاصِمٌ ، عَنْ مُوَرِّقٍ الْعِجْلِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ :" تَعَلَّمُوا الْفَرَائِضَ وَاللَّحْنَ وَالسُّنَنَ كَمَا تَعَلَّمُونَ الْقُرْآنَ "
Yazid ibn Harun informed us, Asim informed us, on the authority of Muwarriq al-Ijli, he said: Omar ibn al-Khattab said: “Learn the obligatory prayers and the melody.” And the Sunnahs as you know, the Qur’an.”

Sunan ad-Darimi # 21/2761
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ عُمَرُ :" تَعَلَّمُوا الْفَرَائِضَ فَإِنَّهَا مِنْ دِينِكُمْ "
Muhammad ibn Yusuf narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, on the authority of Al-A’mash, on the authority of Ibrahim, he said: Omar said: “Learn the religious duties, for they are from your religion.”

Sunan ad-Darimi # 21/2762
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ الْمَاجِشُونُ ، قَالَ : قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ :" لَوْ هَلَكَ عُثْمَانُ، وَزَيْدٌ فِي بَعْضِ الزَّمَانِ، لَهَلَكَ عِلْمُ الْفَرَائِضِ، لَقَدْ أَتَى عَلَى النَّاسِ زَمَانٌ، وَمَا يَعْلَمُهَا غَيْرُهُمَا "
Muhammad bin Issa told us, Yusuf Al-Majishun told us, he said: Ibn Shihab said: “If Uthman and Zaid had perished in some time, knowledge would have perished.” The obligatory duties, a time has come upon the people, and no one knows them except them.”

Sunan ad-Darimi # 21/2763
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ ، عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ :" تَعَلَّمُوا الْقُرْآنَ وَالْفَرَائِضَ، فَإِنَّهُ يُوشِكُ أَنْ يَفْتَقِرَ الرَّجُلُ إِلَى عِلْمٍ كَانَ يَعْلَمُهُ، أَوْ يَبْقَى فِي قَوْمٍ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
Abu Nu`aym told us, Al-Masoudi told us, on the authority of Al-Qasim, he said: Abdullah said: “Learn the Qur’an and the religious duties, for it is about to become lacking.” A man will return to the knowledge he knew, or he will remain among a people who do not know.

Sunan ad-Darimi # 21/2764
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ أَبِي مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ أَبُو مُوسَى :" مَنْ عَلِمَ الْقُرْآنَ وَلَمْ يَعْلَمْ الْفَرَائِضَ، فَإِنَّ مَثَلَهُ مَثَلُ الْبُرْنُسِ لَا وَجْهَ لَهُ، أَوْ : لَيْسَ لَهُ وَجْهٌ "
Abu Nu’aym told us, Ziyad bin Abi Muslim told us, on the authority of Abu Al-Khalil, he said: Abu Musa said: “Whoever taught the Qur’an and did not know obligatory duties, for his likeness is like a brocade without a face, or: it has no face.”

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَال : قُلْتُ لِعَلْقَمَةَ : مَا أَدْرِي مَا أَسْأَلُكَ عَنْهُ؟ قَالَ :" أَمِتْ جِيرَانَكَ "
Ahmad bin Abdullah told us, Abu Shihab told us, on the authority of Al-Amash, on the authority of Ibrahim, he said: I said to Alqamah: I do not know what to ask you. About him? He said: “Murder your neighbors.”

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ الْهَمْدَانِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، قَالَ :" تَعَلَّمُوا الْفَرَائِضَ، وَالطَّلاقَ، وَالْحَجَّ، فَإِنَّهُ مِنْ دِينِكُمْ "
Abu Nu’aym told us, Muhammad bin Talha told us, on the authority of Al-Qasim bin Al-Walid Al-Hamdani, on the authority of Abdullah bin Masoud, he said: “Learn obligatory duties, divorce, and Hajj, for it is part of your religion.”

حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ :" كَانُوا يُرَغِّبُونَ فِي تَعْلِيمِ الْقُرْآنِ وَالْفَرَائِضِ وَالْمَنَاسِكِ "

Sunan ad-Darimi # 21/2768
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ :" مَنْ قَرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ، فَلْيَتَعَلَّمْ الْفَرَائِضَ، فَإِنْ لَقِيَهُ أَعْرَابِيٌّ، قَالَ : يَا مُهَاجِرُ، أَتَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ؟ فَإِنْ قَالَ : نَعَمْ، قَالَ : تَفْرِضُ؟ فَإِنْ قَالَ : نَعَمْ، فَهُوَ زِيَادَةٌ وَخَيْر، وَإِنْ قَالَ : لَا، قَالَ : فَمَا فَضْلُكَ عَلَيَّ يَا مُهَاجِرُ؟ !
Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Abu Ubaidah, on the authority of Abdullah, who said: “Whoever reads the Qur’an, So let him learn the obligatory prayers. If a Bedouin meets him, he says: O immigrant, do you recite the Qur’an? If he says: Yes, he says: Are you obligated? Then if he says: Yes, It is an increase And it is better, and if he says: No, he says: What is your favor on me, O immigrant? !

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُقْبَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْنَا مَسْرُوقًا : كَانَتْ عَائِشَةُ تُحْسِنُ الْفَرَائِضَ؟ قَالَ :" وَالَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ غَيْرُهُ، لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ الْأَكَابِرَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ مُحَمَّدٍ يَسْأَلُونَهَا عَنْ الْفَرَائِضِ "
Abdullah bin Saeed told us, Uqba bin Khalid told us, on the authority of Al-Amash, on the authority of Muslim, he said: We asked Masruq: It was Aisha. Do you do the obligatory duties well? He said: “By the One besides Whom there is no god, I have seen the greatest of Muhammad’s companions asking her about the religious duties.”

أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ ، وَعَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ قَالَ شُعْبَةُ : هَذَا أَوَّلُ مَنْ رَمَى بِسَهْمٍ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ، وَهَذَا تَدَلَّى مِنْ حِصْنِ الطَّائِفِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم إِنَّهُمَا حَدَّثَا : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" مَنْ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ غَيْرُ أَبِيهِ، فَالْجَنَّةُ عَلَيْهِ حَرَامٌ "
Sa'id bin Amir told us, on the authority of Shu'bah, on the authority of Asim, on the authority of Abu Uthman, on the authority of Sa'ad bin Abi Waqqas, and on the authority of Abu Bakra, who said Shu'bah: This is the first person to shoot an arrow in the way of God, and this one was dangled from the fortress of Taif to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقِ ، قَالَ :" كُفْرٌ بِاللَّهِ ادِّعَاءٌ إِلَى نَسَبٍ لَا يُعْرَفُ، وَكُفْرٌ بِاللَّهِ تَبَرُّؤٌ مِنْ نَسَبٍ وَإِنْ دَقَّ.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا أَبِي يَحْيَى ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا وَائِلٍ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، نَحْوًا مِنْهُ
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا أَبِي يَحْيَى ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا وَائِلٍ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، نَحْوًا مِنْهُ
Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Al-Amash, on the authority of Abdullah bin Murrah, on the authority of Abu Muammar, on the authority of Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq, he said :"Disbelief in God is claiming a lineage that is not known, and disbelief in God is disavowing a lineage, even if it is confirmed. Muhammad ibn Yusuf told us, Sufyan told us On the authority of Zakaria Abu Yahya, he said: I heard Abu Wael narrating, on the authority of Ibn Masoud, something similar to it.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ السَّلُولِيُّ ، عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ الْأَحْمَرِ ، عَنْ السَّرِيِّ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيل ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ ، قَالَ : أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِأُبَايِعَهُ، فَجِئْتُ وَقَدْ قُبِض، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ قَائِمٌ فِي مَقَامِهِ، فَأَطَالَ الثَّنَاءَ وَأَكْثَرَ الْبُكَاءَ، فَقَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ :" كُفْرٌ بِاللَّهِ انْتِفَاءٌ مِنْ نَسَبٍ وَإِنْ دَقَّ، وَادِّعَاءُ نَسَبٍ لَا يُعْرَفُ "
Muhammad bin Al-Ala’ narrated to us, Ishaq bin Mansour Al-Saluli narrated to us, on the authority of Ja’far Al-Ahmar, on the authority of Al-Sari bin Ismail, on the authority of Qais bin Abi Hazim, he said: I came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, to pledge allegiance to him, and I came and he had been arrested, and Abu Bakr was standing in his place, so he prolonged his death. He praised him and cried more, and said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “Disbelief in God is the absence of any lineage, even if it is accurate, and the claim "Unknown lineage"

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ بَهْرَامَ ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ وَالِدِه، أَوْ تَوَلَّى غَيْرَ مَوَالِيهِ الَّذِينَ أَعْتَقُوهُ، فَإِنَّ عَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةَ اللَّه، وَالْمَلائِكَةِ، وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَة، لا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ
Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, Abd al-Hamid bin Bahram told us, on the authority of Shahr bin Hawshab, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said May God bless him and grant him peace: “Any man who claims a family other than his father, or adopts a family other than his masters who freed him, then the curse of God is upon him. And the angels, and all of mankind until the Day of Resurrection, no deeds or justice will be accepted from him.

أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَنْبَأَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ : كَانَ عُمَرُ إِذَا سَلَكَ بِنَا طَرِيقًا وَجَدْنَاهُ سَهْلًا، وَإِنَّهُ قَالَ فِي زَوْجٍ وَأَبَوَيْنِ :" لِلزَّوْجِ النِّصْفُ، وَلِلْأُمِّ ثُلُثُ مَا بَقِيَ
Yazid bin Harun informed us, Sharik informed us, on the authority of Al-Amash, on the authority of Ibrahim, he said: Abdullah said: When Omar took a road with us We found it easy, and he said regarding a husband and parents: “The husband gets half, and the mother gets a third of what’s left.”

أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ الرِّشْكُ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَرَكَ امْرَأَتَهُ، وَأَبَوَيْهِ، فَقَالَ :" قَسَّمَهَا زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ مِنْ أَرْبَعَةٍ "
Yazid bin Harun told us, Hammam told us, Yazid Al-Rashk told us, he said: I asked Saeed bin Al-Musayyab about a man who left his wife. And his parents, and he said: “Zayd bin Thabit divided it out of four.”

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ : أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ قَالَ فِي امْرَأَةٍ وَأَبَوَيْنِ :" لِلْمَرْأَةِ الرُّبُعُ، وَلِلْأُمِّ ثُلُثُ مَا بَقِيَ "
Sa`id bin Amir told us, on the authority of Shu`bah, on the authority of Ayyub, on the authority of Abu Qalaba, on the authority of Abu al-Muhallab: that Uthman bin Affan said about a woman And two parents: “The woman gets a quarter, and the mother gets a third of what’s left.”

حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ :" لِلْمَرْأَةِ الرُّبُعُ سَهْمٌ مِنْ أَرْبَعَةٍ، وَلِلْأُمِّ ثُلُثُ مَا بَقِيَ سَهْم، وَلِلأَبِّ سَهْمَانِ ".
أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ ، عَنْ عُمَيْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ : أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ الْحَارِثَ الْأَعْوَرَ عَنْ امْرَأَةٍ، وَأَبَوَيْنِ، فَقَالَ مِثْلَ قَوْلِ عُثْمَانَ
أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ ، عَنْ عُمَيْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ : أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ الْحَارِثَ الْأَعْوَرَ عَنْ امْرَأَةٍ، وَأَبَوَيْنِ، فَقَالَ مِثْلَ قَوْلِ عُثْمَانَ
Hajjaj bin Minhal narrated to us, Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, on the authority of Ayyub, on the authority of Abu Qalaba, on the authority of Abu Al-Muhallab, on the authority of Uthman bin Affan. He said: “The woman gets a quarter of a share out of four, and the mother gets a third of the remaining share, and the father gets two shares.” Hajjaj told us, Hammad told us, about Hajjaj, on the authority of Umayr bin Saeed: He asked Al-Harith Al-A’awar about a woman and two parents, and he said the same as what Uthman said.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي امْرَأَةٍ تَرَكَتْ زَوْجَهَا وَأَبَوَيْهَا :" لِلزَّوْجِ النِّصْفُ، وَلِلْأُمِّ ثُلُثُ مَا بَقِيَ "
Abu Nu`aym told us, Hisham told us, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Sa`id ibn al-Musayyab, on the authority of Zayd ibn Thabit, that he said about a woman She left her husband and parents: “The husband gets half, and the mother gets a third of what’s left.”

أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ : فِي امْرَأَةٍ وَأَبَوَيْنِ، قَالَ :" مِنْ أَرْبَعَةٍ : لِلْمَرْأَةِ الرُّبُعُ، وَلِلْأُمِّ ثُلُثُ مَا بَقِي، وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِلْأَبِ "
Ubayd Allah ibn Musa informed us, on the authority of Ibn Abi Laila, on the authority of Amer al-Shabi, on the authority of Ali: Concerning a woman and two fathers. He said: “Of four: The woman gets a quarter, the mother gets a third of what’s left, and whatever’s left goes to the father.”

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، وَمَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : كَانَ عُمَرُ إِذَا سَلَكَ بِنَا طَرِيقًا اتَّبَعْنَاهُ فِيهِ، وَجَدْنَاهُ سَهْلًا، وَإِنَّهُ" قَضَى فِي امْرَأَةٍ وَأَبَوَيْنِ مِنْ أَرْبَعَةٍ : فَأَعْطَى الْمَرْأَةَ الرُّبُع، وَالأُمَّ ثُلُثَ مَا بَقِيَ، وَالْأَبَ سَهْمَيْنِ.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عِيسَى ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي قَيْسٍ الْأَوْدِيِّ ، عَنْ هُزَيْلِ بْنِ شُرَحْبِيلَ ، قَالَ : جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ، وَإِلَى سَلْمَانَ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ فَسَأَلَهُمَا عَنْ بِنْتٍ، وَبِنْتِ ابْنٍ، وَأُخْتٍ لِأُمٍّ وَأَبٍ، فَقَالَا : لِلِابْنَةِ النِّصْفُ، وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِلْأُخْتِ، وَأْتِ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ فَإِنَّهُ سَيُتَابِعُنَا، فَجَاءَ الرَّجُلُ إِلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، فَسَأَلَهُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ : لَقَدْ ضَلَلْتُ إِذًا، وَمَا أَنَا مِنْ الْمُهْتَدِينَ، وَإِنِّي أَقْضِي بِمَا " قَضَى بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :لِلِابْنَةِ النِّصْفُ، وَلِابْنَةِ الِابْنِ السُّدُسُ، وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِلْأُخْتِ "

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ : أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي أَخَوَاتٍ لِأَبٍ وَأُمٍّ، وَإِخْوَةٍ وَأَخَوَاتٍ لِأَبٍ : قَالَ :" لِلْأَخَوَاتِ لِلْأَبِ وَالْأُمِّ الثُّلُثَانِ، وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِلذُّكُورِ دُونَ الْإِنَاثِ "، فَقَدِمَ مَسْرُوقٌ الْمَدِينَةَ ، فَسَمِعَ قَوْلَ زَيْدٍ فِيهَا فَأَعْجَبَهُ، فَقَالَ لَهُ بَعْضُ أَصْحَابِهِ : أَتَتْرُكُ قَوْلَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ : إِنِّي أَتَيْتُ الْمَدِينَةَ فَوَجَدْتُ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ مِنْ الرَّاسِخِينَ فِي الْعِلْمِ.
قَالَ أَحْمَدُ : فَقُلْتُ لِأَبِي شِهَاب : وَكَيْفَ قَالَ زَيْدٌ فِيهَا؟ قَالَ : شَرَّكَ بَيْنَهُمْ
قَالَ أَحْمَدُ : فَقُلْتُ لِأَبِي شِهَاب : وَكَيْفَ قَالَ زَيْدٌ فِيهَا؟ قَالَ : شَرَّكَ بَيْنَهُمْ

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ : أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُشَرِّكُ فَقَالَ لَهُ عَلْقَمَةُ : هَلْ أَحَدٌ مِنْهُمْ أَثْبَتُ مِنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ؟ فَقَالَ : لَا، وَلَكِنِّي رَأَيْتُ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ ، وَأَهْلَ الْمَدِينَةِ" يُشَرِّكُونَ فِي ابْنَتَيْنِ وَبِنْتِ ابْن، ٍوَابْنِ ابْن، وَأُخْتَيْنِ "
Muhammad narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, on the authority of Al-A’mash, on the authority of Ibrahim, on the authority of Masruq: He used to associate polytheists, and Alqamah said to him: Is anyone Who among them is more steadfast than Abdullah? He said: No, but I saw Zayd bin Thabit and the people of Medina sharing two daughters, a daughter of Ibn, and a son. A son and two sisters.”

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ : " فِي امْرَأَةٍ تَرَكَتْ زَوْجَهَا، وَأُمَّهَا، وَأُخْتَهَا لِأَبِيهَا وَأُمِّهَا، وَأُخْتَهَا لِأَبِيهَا، وَإِخْوَتَهَا لِأُمِّهَا،جَعَلَهَا مِنْ سِتَّةٍ، ثُمَّ رَفَعَهَا فَبَلَغَتْ عَشْرَةً، لِلزَّوْجِ النِّصْفُ ثَلَاثَةُ أَسْهُمٍ، وَلِلْأُخْتِ مِنْ الْأَبِ وَالْأُمِّ النِّصْفُ ثَلَاثَةُ أَسْهُمٍ، وَلِلْأُمِّ السُّدُسُ سَهْمٌ، وَلِلْإِخْوَةِ مِنْ الْأُمِّ الثُّلُثُ سَهْمَانِ، وَلِلْأُخْتِ مِنْ الْأَبِ سَهْمٌ تَكْمِلَةُ الثُّلُثَيْنِ "
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ : " فِي امْرَأَةٍ تَرَكَتْ زَوْجَهَا، And her mother, and her sister by her father, and her mother, and her sister by her father, and her brothers by her mother. He made them six, then raised them up so they reached Ten, for the husband The half is three shares, the sister from the father and mother gets the half, three shares, the mother gets a sixth share, and the brothers from the mother gets a third. Two shares, and the sister from the father gets one share, completing two-thirds.”

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُسْهِرٍ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ : أَنَّ عَلِيًّا ، وَزَيْدًا كَانَا" لَا يَحْجُبَانِ بِالْكُفَّار، وَلا بِالْمَمْلُوكِينَ، وَلَا يُوَرِّثَانِهِمْ شَيْئًا "
Muhammad ibn Uyaynah told us, on the authority of Ali ibn Mushar, on the authority of Ash’ath, on the authority of Ash-Shu’bi: that Ali and Zaid “did not veil themselves with infidels, nor of the possessed, and do not leave them as an inheritance.”

وَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ " يَحْجُبُ بِالْكُفَّارِ وَبِالْمَمْلُوكِينَ، وَلَا يُوَرِّثُهُمْ "
Abdullah was “concerned with the infidels and the kingdoms, and did not leave them as an inheritance.”

حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ : أَنَّ عَلِيًّا ، وَزَيْدًا ، قَالَا :" الْمَمْلُوكُونَ، وَأَهْلُ الْكِتَابِ لا يَحْجُبُونَ وَلا يَرِثُونَ
Suleiman bin Harb told us, Shu’bah told us, on the authority of Al-Hakam, on the authority of Ibrahim: that Ali and Zaid said: “The slaves, and the people of The Book is neither withheld nor inherited.

وَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ :" يَحْجُبُونَ وَلَا يَرِثُونَ "

أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ : أَنَّ عُمَرَ " كَانَكَتَبَ مِيرَاثَ الْجَدِّ، حَتَّى إِذَا طُعِنَ دَعَا بِهِ فَمَحَاهُ، ثُمّ قَالَ : سَتَرَوْنَ رَأْيَكُمْ فِيهِ "
Yazid bin Harun told us, Yahya told us, on the authority of Sa`id: that Omar “used to write down the grandfather’s inheritance, until when it was stabbed, he called for it and erased it, then He said: You will see what you think about it.
