Hadith #5223
وَعَنْ يَحْيَى، أَنَّ أَبَا سَلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ، سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ
" إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَغَارُ وَغَيْرَةُ اللَّهِ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ الْمُؤْمِنُ مَا حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ ".
And when Yahya said that Abu Salamah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) spoke to him that Abu Hurayrah spoke to him that he heard the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him). Abu Nu 'aym told us, Shaban told us, about Yahya, about my father Salamah, that he heard Abu Hurairah - may Allah be pleased with him - about the Prophet, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him that he said, "God is jealous And the jealousy of Allah is that the believer should come when Allah has forbidden."
