On the authority of Abu Rafi’ - may God be pleased with him - he said: The Messenger of God - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - said: “The neighbor has more right to his righteousness.” Narrated by Al-Bukhari, and it contains a story 1. 1 - Sahih. Narrated by Al-Bukhari (2258) on the authority of Amr bin Al-Sharid, who said: “I stood over Saad bin Abi Waqqas, and Al-Miswar bin Makhramah came and put his hand on one of my shoulders, when Abu Rafi’, the servant of the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - came. He said: O Saad, buy my house from me in your home. Saad said: By God, I would not buy them. Al-Miswar said: By God, you will buy them. Saad said: By God, I will not give you more than four thousand, cut or cut. Abu Rafi’ said: I gave it five hundred dinars, and had I not heard the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - say: The neighbor has more right to his share, I would not have given it to you for four thousand, and I am giving it five hundred dinars. A dinar, so he gave it to him.” Al-Saqab: with the time limit Also, the term “sad” means closeness and proximity. And “al-Mamajama” or “Muqta’at” means: what is meant is postponed in known installments.
