Hadith #675
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ، عَنْ صَالِحٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ، قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَأْكُلُ ذِرَاعًا يَحْتَزُّ مِنْهَا، فَدُعِيَ إِلَى الصَّلاَةِ فَقَامَ فَطَرَحَ السِّكِّينَ، فَصَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ.
'Abdu 'l-' Aziz ibn 'Umar ibn' Ummayyah told us that Ibraheem told us about Salih, the son of a shehab, and Ja 'far ibn 'Umar ibn' Ummayyah told me that his father said, "I saw the Messenger of Allah, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, eating every arm he could reach." He prayed and did not perform ablution.
