Whoever feeds a fasting person, the angels send blessings upon him during Ramadan, and Jibreel sends blessings upon him on the night of Qadr.

Abdullah b. Shaqiq reported:I said to'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her): Did the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) fast for a full month besides Ramadan? She said: I do not know of any month in which he fasted throughout, but that of the month of Ramadan and (the month) in which he did not fast at all, till he ran the course of his life

4. Riyad as-Salihin #234
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Do not observe Saum (fasting) for a day or two days preceding Ramadan. However, if a person is in the habit of observing Saum on a particular day (which may fall on these dates), he may fast on that day.".
