Hadith #24280
Ziyad bin Ayyub told me, he said, Abbad bin Al-Awwam told us, he said, Sufyan bin Hussein told us, he said, Yunus bin Ubaid told us, on the authority of Ata’, on the authority of Jabir, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade muhaqaalah, muzabanah, mukhtabara, and thea’un unless it is known. And in the narration of Hammam bin Yahya, as evidence that Ata’ did not hear from Jabir, his hadith on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, “Whoever has land Let him plant it.”
