Hadith #24287
أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُرَّةَ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ الْقَاسِمَ عَنِ الْمُزَارَعَةِ، فَحَدَّثَ عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ. قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى.
Amr bin Ali told us, he said, Abu Asim told us, he said, Othman bin Murrah told us, he said, I asked Al-Qasim about farming, and he talked about Rafi’ ibn Khadij, that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, forbade muhaqilah and muzabanah. Abu Abd al-Rahman said again.
