أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو عَاصِمٍ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ الْقَاسِمَ عَنْ كِرَاءِ الأَرْضِ، فَقَالَ قَالَ رَافِعُ بْنُ خَدِيجٍ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ كِرَاءِ الأَرْضِ. وَاخْتُلِفَ عَلَى سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ فِيهِ
Amr bin Ali told us, Abu Asim said, on the authority of Uthman bin Murrah, he said, I asked Al-Qasim about renting the land, and he said Rafi’ bin Khadij said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, forbade leasing land. There was a disagreement over Sa’id ibn al-Musayyab regarding it.
