الحديث 37. قال مالك رضي الله عنه: وقد بلغه عن أهل العلم أنهم كانوا يقولون: لا ينبغي تغسيل شهداء في سبيل الله ولا تشييع على أحد منهم. بل يجب أن يدفنوا في الثوب الذي استشهدوا فيه. فقال المالك (رضي الله عنه): هذا ترتيب الشهداء الذين ماتوا في أرض المعركة. وبعد إخراجهم أحياء من أرض المعركة وعودتهم إلى بيوتهم ويموتون بعد فترة أو بعض الوقت بمشيئة الله، يتم غسلهم وقراءة جنازتهم. عمر بن الخطاب (رضي الله عنه) وقد تم ذلك أيضًا في هذا الوقت.
Tradition 37. Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) said: A tradition has reached him from the people of knowledge that they used to say that it is not proper to bathe the martyrs of the cause of Allah or to perform funeral rites for any of them. Rather, they should be buried in the cloth in which they were martyred. the owner (RA) said, This is the order of the martyrs who died in the battlefield. And after bringing them alive from the battle field and coming home and dying after some time or some time according to God's will, they will be bathed and their funerals will be read. Umar Ibn Khattab (RA) This was also done during this time.
