وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ، قَالَ لاَ تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ خَصْمٍ وَلاَ ظَنِينٍ ‏.‏
