Hadith #37248
وَعَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ يَزْدَادَ, عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-{ إِذَا بَالَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَنْثُرْ ذَكَرَهُ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ } رَوَاهُ اِبْنُ مَاجَه بِسَنَدٍ ضَعِيف ٍ 1‏ .‏‏1 ‏- ضعيف.‏ رواه ابن ماجه (326)‏ .‏
The Prophet (ﷺ) on entering the lavatory used to say: “O Allah, I seek refuge with You from devils – males and females (or all offensive and wicked things, evil deeds and evil spirits, etc.)”
