Hadith #37579
وَعَنْ اِبْنِ عُمَرَ ‏-رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا‏-, عَنْ اَلنَّبِيِّ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-قَالَ: { إِذَا طَلَعَ اَلْفَجْرُ فَقَدْ ذَهَبَ كُلُّ صَلَاةِ اَللَّيْلِ وَالْوَتْرُ، فَأَوْتِرُوا قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ اَلْفَجْرِ } رَوَاهُ اَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ .‏ 1‏ .‏‏1 ‏- ضعيف بهذا اللفظ مرفوعا، رواه الترمذي (469)‏.‏
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "When the dawn breaks, then the time of all night prayers including the Witr is over, so observe the Witr before dawn." .
