Hadith #47867
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ‏:‏ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الأَقْمَرِ، عَنْ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ، قَالَ‏:‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم‏:‏ أَمَّا أَنَا، فَلا آكُلُ مُتَّكِئًا‏.‏
Qutaybah ibn Sa'id told us, saying: Sharik told us, on the authority of Ali ibn al-Aqmar, on the authority of Abu Juhayfah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: As for me, I do not eat while reclining.
