Qutayba bin Saeed narrated to us, on the authority of Malik bin Anas (h), and Ishaq bin Musa narrated to us, he said: Ma’an narrated to us, he said: narrated to us Malik, on the authority of Abdullah bin Abi Bakr, on the authority of his father, that Abdullah bin Qais bin Makhramah told him, on the authority of Zayd bin Khalid Al-Juhani, He said: To make the Prophet’s prayer, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, more beautiful, I made use of his threshold, or his tent, and the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, prayed two light rak’ahs, then he prayed two more rak’ahs. Two long, long, long, long, then he prayed two rak'ahs, which were less than the ones before them, then he prayed two rak'ahs And they are lower than those before them, then he prayed two rak’ahs and they were lower than those before them, then he prayed two rak’ahs and they were lower than those before them, then He performed Witr, which is thirteen rak'ahs.
