Hadith #52410
On the authority of Ibn Umar, may God be pleased with them both, that he used to throw seven pebbles at the first pillar (Jamarat al-Dunya), saying "Allahu Akbar" after each pebble. Then he would move forward, then he would move to the left, then he would stand facing the Qibla, and he would stand for a long time, supplicating and raising his hands. Then he would throw at the middle pillar, then he would move to the left, then he would move to the left, and he would stand facing the Qibla. He faces the Qibla, then supplicates, raising his hands and standing for a long time. Then he throws the pebbles at the Jamrat Dhat al-Aqaba from the bottom of the valley without stopping there. Then he departs, saying: “This is how I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) do it.” Narrated by al-Bukhari 1.1 - Sahih. Narrated by al-Bukhari (1751).
