حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بِشْرٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ رَبَاحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَالَ: لَقِيَنِي رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخَذَ بِمَنْكِبِي مِنْ وَرَائِي، قَالَ: أَمَا إِنِّي أُحِبُّكَ، قَالَ: أَحَبَّكَ الَّذِي أَحْبَبْتَنِي لَهُ، فَقَالَ: لَوْلَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا أَحَبَّ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ فَلْيُخْبِرْهُ أَنَّهُ أَحَبَّهُ» مَا أَخْبَرْتُكَ، قَالَ: ثُمَّ أَخَذَ يَعْرِضُ عَلَيَّ الْخِطْبَةَ قَالَ: أَمَا إِنَّ عِنْدَنَا جَارِيَةً، أَمَا إِنَّهَا عَوْرَاءُ
Yahya bin Bishr narrated to us, he said: Qabisah narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, on the authority of Rabah, on the authority of Abu Ubayd Allah, on the authority of Mujahid, he said: He met me. A man from the companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, took my shoulder from behind me and said: As for me, I love you. He said: I love you as you loved me. To him, and he said: Had the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, not said: “If a man loves another man, let him tell him that he loves him,” I would not have told you. He said: Then he started proposing to me. He said: We have a slave girl, and she is one-eyed.
