وَلِمُسْلِمٍ: مِنْ حَدِيثِ عِمْرَانَ: {
" لَا وَفَاءَ لِنَذْرٍ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ" } 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه مسلم ( 1641 ) في حديث طويل، وهو حديث عظيم، فيه أحكام عظيمة، منها جواز سفر المرأة بدون محرم في حالة مخصوصة، كما كنت بينت ذلك في كتابي "أوضح البيان في حكم سفر النسوان" .
And for Muslim: from the hadith of Imran: { “There is no fulfillment of a vow in disobedience” } 1.1 - Sahih. Narrated by Muslim (1641) in a long hadith, and it is a great hadith, containing great rulings, including the permissibility of a woman traveling without a male guardian in a specific case, as I explained in my book “The Clearest Explanation of the Ruling on Women’s Travel”.
