وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا; { أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَضَى بِيَمِينٍ وَشَاهِدٍ } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ. وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ. وَالنَّسَائِيُّ وَقَالَ: إِسْنَادُ [ هُ ] جَيِّد ٌ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه مسلم ( 1712 )، وأبو داود ( 3608 )، والنسائي في "الكبرى" ( 3 / 490 ) من طريق قيس بن سعد، عن عمرو بن دينار، عن ابن عباس؛ به. وقد أعل الحديث بما لا يقدح كما هو مبين في "الأصل" .
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, that the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, ruled based on an oath and a witness. This was narrated by Muslim, Abu Dawud, and An-Nasa'i, who said: Its chain of narration is good. It is authentic. It was narrated by Muslim (1712), Abu Dawud (3608), and An-Nasa'i in "Al-Kubra" (3/490) through the chain of Qays ibn Sa'd, on the authority of Amr ibn Dinar, on the authority of Ibn Abbas. The hadith has been criticized for something that does not invalidate it, as explained in the original text.
