Hadith #52472
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ‏- رضى الله عنه ‏- مِثْلَهُ.‏ أَخْرَجَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَاَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّان َ 1‏ .‏‏1 ‏- صحيح.‏ رواه أبو داود ( 3610 و 3611 )‏، والترمذي ( 1343 )‏، وأيضا رواه ابن ماجه ( 2368 )‏، وصححه ابن الجارود ( 1007 )‏ كلهم من طريق سهيل بن أبي صالح، عن أبيه، عن أبي هريرة؛ أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قضى باليمين مع الشاهد الواحد.‏
And on the authority of Abu Hurayrah - may God be pleased with him - a similar hadith. It was narrated by Abu Dawud and At-Tirmidhi, and authenticated by Ibn Hibban. 1.1 - Sahih (authentic). It was narrated by Abu Dawud (3610 and 3611), At-Tirmidhi (1343), and also by Ibn Majah (2368), and authenticated by Ibn Al-Jarud (1007), all through the chain of transmission of Suhayl ibn Abi Salih, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Abu Hurayrah; that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, ruled based on an oath with a single witness.
