Bulugh al-Maram — Hadith #52480

On the authority of Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him), two men disputed over a she-camel. Each of them said, “It was born in my possession,” and they both presented evidence. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ruled that it belonged to whoever had it in his possession. [1 - In manuscript “A” it reads: “Each of them said.” 2 - Weak.
