Hadith #52481
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا; { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -رَدَّ اَلْيَمِينَ عَلَى طَالِبِ اَلْحَقِّ } رَوَاهُمَا اَلدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ, وَفِي إِسْنَادِهِمَا ضَعْف ٌ 1 .1 - ضعيف. رواه الدارقطني ( 4 / 213 ). وقال الذهبي في "التلخيص" متعقبا الحاكم ( 4 / 100 ): "أخشى أن يكون الحديث باطلا" .
On the authority of Ibn Umar, may God be pleased with them both; {that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, returned the oath to the one seeking the right}. These were narrated by al-Daraqutni, and their chain of narration is weak. 1.1 - Weak. Narrated by al-Daraqutni (4/213). Al-Dhahabi said in “al-Talkhis,” commenting on al-Hakim (4/100): “I fear that the hadith is false.”
