Hadith #52852
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ مَنْ ذَرَعَهُ اَلْقَيْءُ فَلَا قَضَاءَ عَلَيْهِ, وَمَنْ اسْتَقَاءَ فَعَلَيْهِ اَلْقَضَاءُ } رَوَاهُ اَلْخَمْسَةُ 1 .
وَأَعَلَّهُ أَحْمَدُ 2 .
وَقَوَّاهُ اَلدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ 3 .1 - صحيح. رواه أبو داود ( 2380 )، والنسائي في " الكبرى " ( 2 / 215 )، والترمذي ( 720 )، وابن ماجه ( 1676 )، وأحمد ( 2 / 498 ).
2 - قال البيهقي في " السنن الكبرى " ( 4 / 219 ): " قال أبو داود: سمعت أحمد بن حنبل يقول: ليس من ذا شيء ". فقال الخطابي: " قلت: يريد أن الحديث غير محفوظ ". قلت: وأعله أيضا غير الإمام أحمد وما ذلك إلا لظنهم تفرد أحد رواته وليس كذلك كما هو مبين بالأصل.
3 - إذا قال في " السنن " ( 2 / 184 ): " رواته كلهم ثقات ".
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: Described by Five 1. The Most Famous Ahmad 2. Power of Al-Darakutni 3. 1 - Sahih. Narrated Abu Dawood (2380), Al-Nasai "Al-Qubra" (2/215), Al-Tirmidhi (720) and Ibn Majah (1676). Ahmed (2/498). 2 - Al-Bayhaqi said in Al-Sunan al-Qubra (4/219): "Abu Dawood says: I heard Ahmad ibn Hambal say: There is nothing more than this." Al-Khattabi said, "I said, "That means that the hadith is not preserved." I said: And there is someone other than Imam Ahmad who imposed it, and it is only because they think that one of its narrators is unique, and it is not real as shown. 3 - If he said in "Al-Sunan" (2/184): "All its narrators are faithful."
