Hadith #52861
وَعَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ اَلْأَنْصَارِيِّ ‏- رضى الله عنه ‏- أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-قَالَ: { مَنْ صَامَ رَمَضَانَ, ثُمَّ أَتْبَعَهُ سِتًّا مِنْ شَوَّالٍ كَانَ كَصِيَامِ اَلدَّهْرِ } رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ 1‏ .‏‏1 ‏- صحيح.‏ رواه مسلم ( 1164 )‏.‏
Abu Ayyub Al-Ansari said, "Whoever fasts the month of Ramadan, then fasts for six of Shawwal, he will be like fasting for eternity." Muslim 1.1 - Sahih, narrated by Muslim (1164).
